Menu Monday

I’m a day late because I’m having computer issues.  Sorry about that.  Hopefully, you will be able to find some inspiration, yet.  Happy cooking!

Monday

Breakfast:  Muffins, fruit, milk

Lunch:  L/O

Dinner:  Honeyed Chicken Teriyaki, quinoa, peaches

Snack:  Pudding

 

Tuesday:

Breakfast:  Scrambled eggs, toast, juice

Lunch:  Quesadillas

Dinner:  Tilapia, stuffing, brown rice pilaf

Snack:  Granola bars

 

Wednesday

Breakfast:  Pancakes, bacon, fruit juice

Lunch:  Left-overs

Dinner:  Sloppy Joes in pita pockets

Snack:  Yogurt

 

Thursday

Breakfast:  5 Grain Hot Cereal, fruit, milk

Lunch:  L/O

Dinner:  Tacos

Snack:  Grapes

Friday

Breakfast:  Bagels, cream cheese, fruit, milk

Lunch:  L/O

Dinner:  Beef stew, biscuits, pears

Snack:  Peanut butter cookies

 

Saturday

Breakfast:  Scones, juice

Lunch:  Left-overs

Dinner:  Hamburgers, sweet potato fries, tossed salad

Snack:  Ice Cream

 

Sunday

Breakfast:  Hunt and find

Lunch:  Chef’s salads, breadsticks

Dinner:  SUPERBOWL!  Muffaletta, chips, veggie tray

Snack:  Spice cake
